Right of cancellation for purchases

Consumers have a 14-day cancellation right for product purchases under Finnish consumer protection law. Returned products must be in their original condition and unused. The cancellation right does not apply to products that are perishable or otherwise excluded from the right of return by law. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a product defect.

Cancelling a rental

Rental items cannot be cancelled during the rental period, but you can cancel the rental at least 24 hours before the agreed rental time without charges.

The online store checkout shows the cancellation terms of your order before payment.

Complaints

If you notice a defect in a product or there are shortcomings in delivery, please contact our customer service promptly. Levi Delivery adheres to Finnish consumer protection law and resolves issues on a case-by-case basis.
