Payment and Delivery

Delivery

We deliver only within the Levi fell area in Finland. The delivery fee is €20 per order. Deliveries start on 15 November 2026.

• Delivery 12:00–20:00 – all other products except breakfast, every day.
• Breakfast delivery 08:00–10:00 – breakfast only, every day. Order breakfast by 12:00 noon on the previous day.

We deliver rental items to your accommodation and collect them at the end of the agreed rental period; for rental items, the delivery fee also covers collection. Customer pick-up from the store is not available.

How to order

1. Check the delivery method at the top of the store. The default is Delivery 12:00–20:00. Breakfast is ordered separately with its own delivery method.
2. Choose the delivery method before adding products: changing the delivery method empties your basket.
3. Open a product, choose the option and quantity, the delivery day and an available delivery time. For rental items, choose the full rental period.
4. Check the products, quantities, day, time and delivery fee in your basket. Enter your contact details and the exact delivery address including the house number.
5. Choose a payment method and pay. You will receive an order confirmation by email.

If a product says “This product is currently unavailable”, first check the delivery method and the selected date. Detailed instructions: How to order – online store.

Payment

Orders are paid at the online store checkout. All prices are in euros and include VAT. Payments are processed through Stripe and Adyen; Levi Delivery does not store your payment details. You can see the available payment methods at checkout.
